Just when you thought it was safe to go back to Austin, SXSW has just announced that its 24th annual music festival is “open for business.” Bands interested in playing the 2010 edition are welcome to submit here. Applications must be submitted by no later than November 6, 2009. Fees are $30 before September 25, $40 after. The event is March 17-21, 2010, in just-peachy Austin, Texas.
