Covey Closed
One of the coolest spots in town, The Covey Restaurant & Brewery, closed for good last Friday, after nearly five years of business. Co-owner Jamie Fulton is moving to Washington, D.C., to serve as brewmaster at Farmers & Brewers. Chef Sean Merchant will continue to live and work in North Texas and is planning on opening his own restaurant here.

I’m pissed.
Sean better have some ’100′ brewing in his place.
I thought the beer was very good at the Covey the food menu in my view needed more of a Texas Flavor. I will miss the beer.
