Recently I met a friend to eat and was greatly disappointed. The chicken
sandwich which I ordered dirty meaning that it included a quail egg was dry and
served cold. The lady at the front who took my order had a terrible attitude,
maybe just a bad day but no excuse for the food.

I did like the atmosphere, but
will not be going back due to the horrible overall experience. on a 1-10 I would
rate them a 1.

Sorry, but I have to agree with the other post - disappointed in the food. I
just find the Love Burger to be overrated; it's not "special" enough to
warrant my drive over to get it. The sauce is mediocre and leaves me with a
feeling that it was "borrowed" from the McDonald's school of "let's
have a secret sauce." It doesn't add value to the burger. Deviled eggs -
hello, let's rip off the Kincaids' menu - burgers and deviled eggs. Frankly,
though, Kincaids does it right. Their burgers don't have crispy edges. I want
to like Tim Love, but I feel he really takes other people's work and tries to
"reinvent" it as his own. That's great - that's what chefs do. I just
haven't had an experience where I have eaten his fare and found it substantially
better in quality, taste and presentation than where I had it elsewhere first.
It's like Six Flags when I could be at the Grand Canyon - lots of mark...

I've tried it twice and can only say that the food is solidly OK and the service
mediocre at best. The dirty love burger being the standout. The quail egg adds
a rich earthiness to the already good burger. The fries are the worst little
crumbs of nothing I have ever laid eyes on much less tasted. If you want great
fries try Fred's instead. The onion strings are a bit better but in the end too
much work to eat. So summing up; OK burgers a bit on the small side, and OK
location and atmosphere make the So7 Love shack an altogether OK experience!
