The first batch of bands chosen to play spring 2010’s SXSW Music Festival have been announced. A couple are from Dallas. There’s only one with Fort Worth ties: Best Fwends, who claim both Austin and Fort Worth home. Hopefully, more Fort Worth artists will be selected. Best Fwends, as the vids below indicate, are fweakishly cool and ridiculously hip.
