After spending more than two decades away from her native soil, Fort Worth's Bontley went bi-coastal and started splitting time between New York and D/FW, which means she's involved in both off-Broadway and WAY off Broadway productions. Locally, she can be found teaching at TCU, TCC, and Dallas Summer Musicals, while onstage she has appeared in productions for Echo Theater, Theater Three, and Circle Theatre in addition to directing. Animated and energetic, Bontley is an enchanting theatrical presence who says she chooses pieces that "move" her -- and obviously then finds a way to do the same to her audience.
