Got to give those Weatherford farmers credit: Their (relatively) new place just west of Ridgmar Mall is bringing the farm fruits straight to the city slickers in style -- a new air-conditioned building and a great selection of produce, much of it produced on their own farms or their neighbors' farms. We still like driving out to Decatur occasionally, where the peaches are growing directly behind the roadside stands, but the Ridgmar market is a new plus for those not inclined to make a day trip out of vegetable shopping.
