Williams Ranch House isn't fancy -- the dress code apparently includes wife-beaters -- but it sure serves a great Black Angus. The seasoning is a subtle house secret, with no overpowering lemon butter or garlic salt. An order of medium rare brings a hunk of meat broiled over hot coals to a crispy edge and warm red center. For the price (low), it's the best in town. Tip: Sit underneath the moosehead so it can't stare at you while you're eating.
