This longtime restaurant south of the Stockyards makes some the best caldo and enchiladas around and recently received an award for its menudo. The $4.25 weekday lunch special changes daily. Our favorites are Monday (chicken flautas), Wednesday (cheese enchiladas), and Thursday (beef enchiladas). The restaurant also serves great breakfast specials for $2.97.
