There is nothing more romantic than an excellent meal, lush lighting, and waiters who know when not to interrupt. The waitstaff at the Classic Cafes must have some special training on when to wait. What a concept! How not to disturb a special moment! An extensive wine list, gourmet blending of Asian and Southwest tastes, and elegant surroundings are a given at the Classic Cafes, but some of those elements can be found at other fine-dining establishments as well. But, oh, the joy of finding a waiter who can wait!
