The menu changes weekly at Colette's, but it's always delish. In this kitchen, meat wouldn't dare stick to the bone, whether it's pork chops smothered in rich cream sauce (sometimes) or oniony tomatoes (other times), Italian-herbed chicken, or barbecue ribs in a tangy-sweet sauce. Dinners include two ever-changing sides -- the garlic potatoes are addictive -- and a slab of butter-drenched cornbread.
