Fort Worth's downtown skyline, from a certain angle, makes the perfect backdrop for portraits. To find that angle, turn south at the Tarrant Regional Water District sign west of the river, park beside the white fence, bunch the family together on the grassy slope, and snap gorgeous photos with the city's skyline and the winding Trinity River providing a dramatic background. (Of course, things will look better if the Bank One Tower ever comes down.)
