Saturday night’s bill includes a bevy of 817 noisicians, including glitchwerks maestros Poison Apple (who’s releasing a new album in January, 2010, on the estimable Dick for a Hand Records), Habeeb (a.k.a. L. Kerr of Steel Hook Prostheses), A Fail Association, and Mind Hunter, who will be joined by Houston’s Muzak John, among others. Another Fort Worth band will be celebrating the release of a new CD. Tonight (Friday) at Lola’s-Sixth (2736 W. 6th St. in the W. 7th St. corridor, 817-877-0666), the Eaton Lake Tonics will ring in their latest, the tasty Rancho Folly IV, with Whiskey Folk Ramblers (who, incidentally, are recording their sophomore album) and Dallas’ Slider Pines.
