We’ve been doing this Music Awards Festival thing for 11 years now, back before the term “festival” became a source of tired-head for everyone, and we’ve done a lot of partying, but none of us remembers an MAF flashing by as quickly as this past Sunday’s. At least a couple thousand people turned out to catch awesome performances by 48 of Fort Worth’s best, most progressive bands, including Burning Hotels, Fungi Girls, Quaker City Night Hawks, Calhoun, The Hanna Barbarians, and Holy Moly.
Thanks to everyone involved.

For those of you who’ve never experienced a time warp before, it’s quite a trip. Good thing crack shutterbug Brandon Green was on hand to immortalize the event for us. Check out his awesome snaps. ’Til next year.
