Fort Worth Community Market is back. Starting today, join them on the second Sunday of every month. Stock up on fruits and veggies at the South Main MicroPark (105 S Main St, Fort Worth, @HoneySuckleRoseEvents) 11am-4pm. Along with 75 booths of handmade/homegrown items, this family-/pet-friendly event features handmade and homegrown items from area artisans, live music, food trucks, a pop-up bar serving cocktails, and face painting. There is no cost to attend. Free street parking and paid parking in several lots are available. Carpooling is always recommended.

Best Maid Pickles is celebrating “100 years of smiles, pickles, and Texas tradition” with its Centennial Block Party at the Best Maid Pickle Emporium in the Near Southside’s Vickery Village (829 W Vickery Blvd, Fort Worth, 817-876-1980) 11am-7pm. There will be free pickle tastings, food and beverage vendors, contests, DJ music, family-friendly activities, and giveaways. From noon to 8pm, sample 40+ types of wine, attend optional wine classes (held the Thursday before the event), and take home a souvenir wine glass.
