The Syndicate is doing it right.

Founded and operated by Erik Castel, the new Fort Worth booking agency-slash-promotions company is throwing a major bash right now (yes, this very minute) and tomorrow at 1116 Hawthorne Street on the Near Southside.

Along with food vendors and art, DIY Day will feature performances on two stages by some heavy hitters in North Texas’ underground scene, including 817’ers Cleanup (6:30-7) and I Am Clark Kent (right now) tonight and, tomorrow, FOGG (9:15-9:45), Man Factory (7:45-8:15), The Fluorescents (7-7:30), The Buzzkills (5:30-6pm), and Analog Drift (3-3:30). Dentonites Biographies (10:45-11:15 tomorrow), Señor Fín (10:45-11:15 tonight), and Black James Franco (10-10:30 tomorrow night) will also play.
