The Oil and Gas Accountability Project (OGAP) is spearheading an effort to block Texas Senate Bill 875, which the group says will trample property rights by protecting state permit holders — natural gas drillers and other industries — from being held accountable for spewing pollutants onto neighbors.
OGAP views the bill as trampling your property rights and is encouraging Texans to go to this site and take a few minutes to register your opposition to the bill.
