This week’s Soundcheck took us all the way to the outer-reaches of Fort Worth Weekly‘s office. Animal Spirit piled into our conference room and suffered the distractions of our highly professional staff. The four-piece is currently recording an album with Ben Napier and Green Audio Productions and hopes to have it released by the end of the year.
You can see Animal Spirit on stage tonight at Friday on the Green, our monthly concert series at Magnolia Green Park (1201 E. Lipscomb St.), along with Oil Boom and Trái Bơ, last week’s Soundcheck band. The party starts at 7pm, and it looks like the rain will hold off until after 10pm.
