As it turns out, Frosty the Snowman isn’t frosty at all.

CBS is getting jiggy wid its online Christmas promotions, releasing short, edited Frosty the Snowman videos that feature dialogue from two of the network’s racy comedies, “How I Met Your Mother” and “Two And A Half Men.”
“Some holiday classics are better left untouched” is the theme of the video campaign, which is touting the network’s Dec. 18 airing of the 1969 cartoon classic.
They’re right. The ads aren’t funny and, naturally, a lot of people are pissed off. Then again, CBS is getting a lot of free publicity for the show.
