The Big Dill World’s Largest Pickle Party is back at Globe Life Field (734 Stadium Dr E, Arlington, 817-533-1972) and Texas Live! (1650 E Randol Mill Rd, Arlington, 817-852-6688) on Sat, Nov 7, from 11am to 8pm. And this year, the party comes with a crown. At 4:30pm, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi takes the stage to be crowned America’s Pickle Queen, a nod to 1949, when the very first Pickle Queen was crowned during National Pickle Week.
“The Big Dill isn’t your typical event, and that’s part of what makes it such a fun fit for Arlington,” said Brent DeRaad, president and CEO of the Arlington Convention & Visitors Bureau. “It’s exciting to see thousands of people travel from 44 states and three countries to be part of an event that brings so much energy and personality to our city. We love seeing The Big Dill find a home in Arlington and become something people look forward to year after year.”
Taste Your Way Thru Texas
Every guest gets unlimited pickle sampling, led by Fort Worth’s own Best Maid. (Celebrating 100 years of pickles in Texas, Best Maid also has an Emporium on the Near Southside at 829 W Vickery Blvd.) More than 75 vendors and food trucks serve up pickle-everything eats, from fried pickles to pickle cocktails, plus grab a Best Maid Sour Pickle Beer from the Martin House Brewing booth (21+). Tommy G’s is bringing the pickle pizza that has become a State Fair of Texas favorite.
Other major brands are getting in on the action, too. TWANG presents the day’s entertainment, Jameson turns a Texas Live! bar into the Pickle Back Bar, and Molson Coors, C4 Energy, Mission Craft Cocktails, Mrs. Klein’s, The Original Pickle Shot, Red Bull, and vitaminwater are all part of the party.

Something Happening All Day
Cheer on the World Pickle Eating Championship, sponsored by Mrs. Klein’s, and the Brine Chug Challenge. Play along with the Pickle UP! interactive game show and catch local tribute favorites Poo Live Crew performing on the main stage. Get your pickles blessed by the viral Pickle Priest, take a spin on the Mechanical Pickle, and test your luck at the carnival games. Plus, the Mansfield Pickle Queens return in their red wigs and tiaras. As the sun goes down, the Pickle RAVE keeps the party going until close.
Your Last Chance to Get In
Just like last year, The Big Dill sold out a week early. A limited number of Late Brine tickets have been added for $25.99, with entry at 3:30pm. That gets you in for everything from 3:30pm on, including Snooki’s crowning at 4:30pm and the Pickle RAVE. Once they’re gone, that’s it.
Plan Your Day
The Big Dill is an all-ages pickle party. Parking in Lot B is first come, first served, with overflow parking in nearby lots. The two entrances at Lot B (734 Stadium Dr E, Arlington) and at Texas Live! (1650 E Randol Mill Rd, Arlington) help get you in and into the fun faster.
