Well, it’s that time of year again. Not only is it cool to drop a buck into the red Sally kettles when you leave the supermarket, it’s also cool to drop a present off with Sally’s Angel Tree Program. That’s the annual drive to collect 250,000 gifts that will be later given to kids and seniors who might not otherwise find anything under their Christmas trees. And everybody likes to have something to open.

Keep in mind that gifts for little kids should be safe, and all gifts should be unwrapped so that the Salvation Army gift givers can make sure that gifts can be distributed in a reasonable manner.

The drive starts tomorrow, Nov. 12, and runs through Dec. 13. Drop off locations include 250 businesses and churches, as well as these 10 malls: NorthPark Center, North East Mall, Collin Creek Mall, Grapevine Mills Mall, Galleria Dallas, Hulen Mall, Ridgmar Mall, Golden Triangle Mall, Town East Mall and Parks at Arlington.

Gifts will be distributed to folks in Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, Denton and Ellis Counties.

So just do it, alright?
Ho! Ho! Ho!
