HERE'S AN EXAMPLE OF THE WORK TOM HUCKABEE WILL HAVE HANGING AT THE COMMUNITY ART CENTER (photo courtesy Huckabee)

Suppose you played in a punk rock band in the 1970s and were into mind expansion. And let’s say you had a lifelong interest in altered states and metaphysics. And you immersed yourself in the works of Terrence McKenna, Timothy Leary, Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, Carl Jung, William Blake, Joseph Campbell, George Gurdjieff, and other free thinkers.

Well, welcome to the wild world of writer, artist, photographer, and filmmaker Tom Huckabee.

His photographic artwork is being featured along with other artists, including Don Radke and Elaine Taylor, at the Fort Worth Community Art Center until June 15.
